Who invented Jet-Lag?????

Mom says, ‘I want to murder that person! Yesterday, ZaZa and I woke up at 2pm after a 13 hour sleep :) Then ZaZa had another sleep at 4:30p for an hour – All good. Then we played, went to the shops, had dinner, bath, bed, bottle. Put ZaZa to sleep at 9pm – and thought that was it for the night. Oh no, ZaZa and Jet-lag had other plans.10pm ZaZa woke up, ready to play (as this was daytime in SA). So Cas played with ZaZa till midnight. Then I put her in the pouch. Only for her to play games in the pouch. She started to try put her new word, ‘happy’ while clapping her hands (from the song, ‘if you happy and you know it’) which is very cute-but not when you are trying to put her to sleep. Then asking where, ‘Barney, Sush, Bern, Frog and baba are’. Throwing her dummy out, ‘fake’ crying and smiling. So after an hour of pouching and a sore back. I switched off the light and lay in the bed PRETENDING TO SLEEP. Now that is the worst part about jet-lag, I was NOT tired. But it was 1am and I thought we both have to sleep. Well, ZaZa played with frog, barney and baba in the dark FINALLY at about 2am she fell asleep ... And I (jet-lagged Mom) stayed awake all night only to wake up at 7am and ZaZa is still sleeping. 2 people should NEVER experience Jet-lag together – especially if one of them is a baby – that you have to take care of!’
