Day 1 of summer adventure

6:30am flight (which meant we left home at 4:30, which meant Mom didn't sleep all night - Dexter binge) ... we flew to Frankfurt!

Big hellos to BJ

Us 'island' bumpkins are so happy to see a SALAD bar! In the airport!!!

Then train to cologne (at 200km/hr)

Hit the shop! (Bumpkin style - so excited to see H & M etc)

Delicious German lunch of creamed herring, potatoes etc!
