We had 4 stunning couples over ...
We had lindis homemade punch and iggys bread and cheese to start!
Then I made my new favorite Jamie Oliver - Thai inspires salad! A tortilini pasta salad (for those not into the Thai thing) ... And Vietnamese spring rolls!
Then I prepped everything for Phil - bok choy, broccoli, chilli, coriander, spring onions, noodles ... He stir fried everything! And made yummy chicken strips, meat strips and Vietnamese veg style soup ... Which people added all their own ingredients!!
To end - we had my make once/ twice a year very yummy cheesecake!!!
A great night ... (Spent the whole day washing veg) but was worth it!!
