The travelling pot!

Oh vey...we spent a WHOLE afternoon in the beautiful Midlands Meander looking for Enamel stuff (after seeing it @ this funny little coffee shop and being told that its @ a petrol station)

FINALLY @ 6pm we arrived @ the dodgy petrol station with security around it everywhere...we were SO excited to find enamel stuff (not sure why I was on such a mission for 'camping' wear - something about Romi's Mom having it etc) that we bought EVERY enamel item we could find...including this GIGANTIC POT!

This then went on my Dads truck from JHB - CT...from South Seas to The Atlantic (has NOT been used)...

It is now going to a creche in the Hout Bay Township - I hope they use it LOTS!

Good bye the travelling pot of memories - I will never forget that unique and great SA petrol station shop we found you in!
