Zaza's pearls of comical wisdom....

This is Auntie Cas...I’ve been meaning to write this, but forgot, so here are some of the funny things Zaz has said in the past few months...

·    When she was here (in Australia) she watched me get my hair cut- it got cut quite short and looked very different. So afterwards I said something to Zaz and she gave me this weird look and said “You’re not Auntie Cas, you don’t talk like her, she talks like Ooo la la”- it doesn’t sound funny, but it was SO cute how she felt like I’d become a different person and then proceeded to repeat a phrase that I often say to her to verify if I was still me.

·    In one of our skype sessions she asked my mum to bring her a purple t-shirt...when we asked why a purple one she said “Because I look absolutely cute in purple”

·    One day we were skyping and  I had to go get ready for a party, so the next time we were talking so she asked if I was going to a party. When I said no, I have work tomorrow, she said “Oh so then you need a good night’s sleep!”

·    Again, we were skyping, and she turned to Gia and said “Mom, do you want the good or the bad news”- I can’t remember what the news even was, but it was SO cute the serious way that she asked

·    And again, we were chatting and Bern wanted to talk to her, but she was only interested in talking to me. So he asked why she couldn’t talk to both of us and she said “No Bernie, I’m talking to auntie Cas, so I can’t also talk to you because I don’t have 2 voices”...shame
