What a schpiel!
Mom says ...
ZaZ is hysterically funny these days!
After spending the WHOLE day on the couch on Sunday with a temperature of over 40 - watching TV ..
I get into bed last night and ZaZ BURSTS out laughing in her sleep!
Mom: ZaZ what are you laughing about?
ZaZ: (in her sleep) ... Tammy's fridge just opened all by itself
Mom: and what was inside? Ice-Cream?
ZaZ: No Mom, this was in my dream ... not in real life!
(That statement confirmed that she was no hallucinating)
This morning, ZaZ wakes up as Happy as Pie!
Running around the house, nude, dancing the hula ... When I said we need to get ready for school... she said, I just want to watch Handy Manny.
Mom: This is the second time I am telling you ... we need to get ready for school
ZaZ: But Mom I am still sick
Mom: ZaZ - you don't have a temperature
ZaZ: But MOM - I have a headache!
Today we drove to Constantia - and Nicci was in the car with me ... on the way back ZaZ says...
Mom, You and your friend have been talking all the time and having SUCH fun in the front of the car ... I am at the back of the car and you are not even listening to me!
BUT - The cherry on the top!
We were in Woolies, ZaZ was in the trolley and I was looking at a top ...
ZaZ says: Mom you can't buy that top
Mom: Why? (Thinking ZaZ will say what I have said to her before and she said back to me, 'Because we are trying to get rid of things')
BUT
ZaZ: Because, it is probably the wrong size, and then we will have to go to this shop and that shop and it will be a WHOLE SCHPIEL!
You have to LAUGH!

I'm very proud of myself...
Based on these very TIA directions...I made it INTO and OUT of the township with no problems...
Just needed to concentrate ect carefully and know what a eucalyptus tree looks like

DIRECTIONS TO THE ETAFENI DAY CARE CENTRE, NYANGA
- Take the N2 out of Cape Town to the airport
- Pass the airport turn-off –
- Take the next off-ramp to the left at the Borchard's Road Quarry/Nyanga sign
- At the first traffic lights, turn to your right and go under the N2
- Cross the next set of traffic lights into Nyanga
- Proceed quite far along this road, crossing several stop streets, past the Nyanga Police Station on the right, then the Engen garage on the right, and keep going when the road winds to the left
- At the T-junction and traffic lights (the Terminus), turn left
- You will have the Community Centre and clinic on your left. Cross over the pedestrian lights at the Community Health Centre. A bit further on, you will have a block of informal traders selling cooked meat on your right.
- At these meat stalls, at the first set of traffic lights, turn right into Zwelitsha Drive.
- You will see a very tall eucalyptus tree on the right some way down Zwelitsha Drive. Etafeni is just past that tree.
- As you drive towards the tall tree, you pass the Shawco Centre and a church on your left. After a block of informal settlement on the left, you will see the white-washed Etafeni Day Care Centre on the right.
- Close to the Centre, turn Right into 3rd Avenue and then immediately L into Sihume Road.
- At the metal gate, kindly hoot for attention and make your way to the reception office.

ZaZ is SO funny @ the moment ... and is saying SUCH funny things - I wish I had written it all down at that moment ...
Now I need to scratch me brain ..
The other day we are sitting in the car (early in the morning) and I hear from the back
ZaZ: Mom you LIVE in that top
ZaZ: Mom you LIVE in those leggings
ZaZ: Mom WE ABSOLUTELY LIVE in this car ... I think we should just move our house into our car
ZaZ favourite line:
Mom I have something to tell you
The other day ZaZ was asking me about dying and being born, she kept saying ... Ok - I think I get it now ...
Mom: ZaZ smell this
ZaZ: Mom I can't smell that, I have a blocked nose ... what do you mean (another fav line) don't you KNOW I have a cold and when you have a cold you can't smell!
ZaZ has become quite bossy and I often catch her carefully (and in an assertive manner) explaining to other kids what they did wrong!
Oh vey ... I wished I remembered more!
