Moms Birthday Party

Mom had a GREAT Birthday party on the beach last Sunday … ‘Breakfast with a Difference’ … Most of her friends came, BJ, Phil and her catered complete with fruit salad in take-away Chinese boxes, watermelon slices, all things in wrappers – breakfast bars, fruit juices … and then to complete it all PIZZA … (Phil ran up and down the Clifton steps 4 times in 1 hour – LOVE) … Mom had no voice … but still had fun … and yes, I had fun too!

Summer has arrived!

And that means long, lazy days on the beach … and no beach day is complete without an ice-cream … BJ bought Mom and me each an ice-cream … Mom got me a long thin one … But her thick chocolate one seemed much nicer, so I kept saying, ‘Can I have a bite, Mom?’ (In the cutest voice – that even Mom could not resist) .. after a million bites … I finally said - ‘Lets swop?’ … So Mom ended up eating the banana one, while I ate the yummy Magnum! Sneaky Me!

ZaZa makes me laugh ...

Mom says ... 'ZaZa is chatting so much these days ... every day she comes out with something new ... and her sentences are amazing ... Today I came home and she showed me the big Stones they painted at 'Tammy's school'... she then looked at the other stone and said - with loads of expression in her face - 'Oh No, Tali not take his stone home ... Shammmmmeee' ... I wanted to eat her up!
I am also very impressed how she uses pronouns ... 'Mine', 'Yours', 'My Mommy', 'Your Mommy' ...
Today we were playing at her friend Dani, who is a year older than ZaZa ... so we were playing music and pretending to be birds or cows or monkeys ... Seeing though ZaZa is still in the 'reality stage' of development ... every time we mentioned something new, like a bird ... she would rush to the window and shout 'like a bird outside' , Cow ... 'Like a cow in the book' ...
Come to think of it, ZaZa likes the word 'like' and uses it a lot. ZaZa: 'My top like Mommy's' ... 'My shoes like Anna's (Gianna)' ... 'This book like my book' ... Super cute ...
OMG ... I wish I could records EVERYTHING she says ... and the little accent ... too, too, too, too CUTE!'

Friday afternoon at Camps Bay park

I had so much fun climbing on the Jungle Gym, because my Big (a whole year older) friend Dani was with me, she showed me exactly what to do … and I was able (for the first time) to walk across the high wooden beams (giving Mom a heart attack! … but also making her very proud) I kept saying - ‘don’t touch me, Mom’, ‘No stop’ … Then BJJJ bought us Chips! and then BJJJ played ball with me … so much fun … We only left there at 7:30pm … only to go straight to Shabbat dinner …

More fun at Jamie Janks House

I LOVE going for dinner and play at Jamie Janks house … This time we both had so much fun on the trampoline – at first I was very apprehensive, but by the time we left at 7:00 … I was running and jumping! Thanks Jamiels … (Yes, those hooded kikoys – Mom selling in GiGi’s)

Clamber Club Time

I really Love Clamber club … and Mom cannot believe how well and confidently I am climbing … Mom says, ‘ZaZ are you a little Monkey?’ and I say, ‘No I am a BIGG Monkey’ (or visa –versa) … Check out my dress plus belt – You guessed it, I’m Moms billboard – dress and belt in GiGi’s …
