Talk about a great day ... Mom, Dad and I went on a tour to James Bond Island and a few other places. We first went on a bus to the port, I slept. Then we went on a very fast and bumpy speed boat to Hong island, then to Bond Island (very commercial, the one with the big rock formation in the middle). Then we went for lunch, and a Fish Eagle sat on Mom’s head and shoulder- she did not like it (but was told afterwards to pay 100BHT). Then we went canoeing in the caves – very cool, I just wanted to lean out the boat and play with the water. Then I had another sleep on the boat, we went to an island and we swam – then a LONG journey home, where I collapsed into bed! (Yes, Mom’s hair looks terrible after having a cap on, yes, she is wearing the same clothes as yesterday, yes Romi I went to bed with sand on me and no bath!)
Today was a little bit like yesterday ... We are getting into a holiday rhythm ... Wake up, go downstairs and play with the kids, mom goes for a run when dad wakes up, breakfast, walk to the beach, play in the sand and swim in the sea LOTS ... Long lunch (Mom got chilli oil splashed in her eye ... Very scary, and funny) ... Camera died, swim in the pool, go down the slide with Dad-lots of fun ... Walk back to hotel and have a sleep with Dad, walk back to beach, walk back in rain, bath, bed, early to sleep ...
Wow, what a day in Phuket! Woke up early, all of the kiddies played together and watched Finding Nemo. Then an early morning walk with Mom on the long stretch of beach. Then the whole family headed off to the beach for the WHOLE day. I loved floating in the sea with my armbands, I really liked it when a little wave ‘picked me up’. I loved Mom throwing me up in the air, and Mom and Dad throwing me like a netball from one to another in the sea. We had a long, lazy lunch. Sleep and then playing in little ‘sea pool’ and getting very dirty in the mud. Home, bath and flopped into bed.
What a day ... Late sleep-in (8:30), go downstairs, all my cuzzies are there, we play ... Then Dad takes me for breakfast with everyone, home ... Get ready for a walk and sleep. We spent the day at Laguna beach and pool, went on my first waterslide with Dad and sat at the bar IN THE POOL and had delicious watermelon shakes ... Then we went for a super long lunch at Tom Yang goo – and had delicious tom yang goo soup, Chad and Red had EXTRA big prawns and Mom picked out her Fish while it was still merrily swimming in the tank and then ate it (dead of course) ... Then we chilled on the beach before walking back. Dad and I had a relaxing bath, dinner and Bed!
